We offer free shipping from our flagship store for purchases made in Bali. Your order will be delivered via GoJek.
Preorder purchases are provided with a shipping estimate in the product description, and as all of our pieces are individually handmade one after another, shipping will be ongoing. As the shipping dates are estimates they may vary due to the artisan and fair trade nature of our production.
By placing an order that requires international shipping, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable customs taxes and import duties, and if necessary, the return shipping back to Chasing Unicorns.
We do not offer an option for local pick-up - thank you for your understanding.

Occasionally some orders will be packed in Byron Bay with a local courier and you will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been picked up.
